Dry roast the ingredients mentioned under kadai masala and grind them into a powder.
Heat a kadai with some ghee/refined oil. Brown the mutton on all the sides and then add the onions and tomatoes.
Add some turmeric powder n salt, cook with lid on a low flame for at least 45-50 minutes till the onions and tomatoes melt and the mutton is soft.
Now add chilly powder, ginger garlic paste , curd and stir. Add the kadai masala, corriander leaves, mint leaves and cook. Add water of required.
Check for the salt and serve once done
